“The Flock”
A flock of lambs aimlessly wandering.
Carelessly passing their time in the cities away.
Huddled together they stand in the jungle.
Watching their screens, nights just slip into days
Laughing and pointing they press on their keypads
Digital dreams to the new generation,it isn't Monet.
Silently grazing, absorbed in their day dream.
Cheerfully blinded by ignorance, unable to feel.
Nameless and faceless, they can't read expressions.
Copyrights worthless, there is always a song I can steal.
Corporate direction, brain washed social acceptance.
Like lambs to the slaughter, who said the dangers not real.
