Somewhere between living and dying
Half human they turn towards the sun
The colors they’re shouting as if
capture they’re daring
To catch their mysterious one
This magic of nature complex beyond wonder
Which blazes before our eyes
Shining and burning, rolling and bursting
Swirling beyond the skies
So little yet vast we’re allowed to see past
A universe with old tales untold
Brimming with secrets if watched from a distance
More clever than our dreams could behold
Hues most intense scorch a canvas intent
For a richness found only in heart
A forget-me-not brilliance stems a theme of resilience
A certain awareness impart
This quest for an infinite inharmonious dissonance
Mocked by a blank opus stare
Rather challenge it’s taunting with a passion thus daunting
Futile to the figure whom dares
