Содержание песни
В песне рассказывается о мальчике, который стал стариком из-за того, что делал всё, что ему приказывали, а не то, что он хотел делать. Музыка прекрасно отражает содержание текста и всё, что в нём передано: жестокое обращение с героем, безразличие к его собственным мыслям и чувствам тех людей, которые его используют, весь ужас его положения, его бессилие, печаль, раскаяние. The song tells about a boy who became an old man because he did everything that he was ordered to, and not what he wanted to do. Music perfectly reflects the content of the text and everything that is conveyed in it: cruel treatment of the hero, indifference to his own thoughts and feelings of those people who use him, all the horror of his position, his powerlessness, sadness, repentance. The chorus is sung on behalf of the hero of the song:
