Miss Emily
there's a cloud in the place where i used to be
i got wise to the tricks of an enemy
and i'm dodging your eyes, wanted dead or alive
we head down, it's high noon in ghost town
the whisky starts burning my feet
and i hide in the bar as you hit the street
there's a fella in black sees the width of my back
with a grin, he's got the right box in
guns on fire, let the fun begin
well i'm all done trying to be good
it's too bad that you're ugly as sin
so i creep up the stairs, you don't see
as i lie on my back with miss emily
and she kisses my cheek as i go down to meet you
she cries 'if you die then i die'
gunfire erupts in the air
so we look out, those indians are everywhere
as you drop to the dirt, god i pray that it hurt
we ride out, and won't stop til sundown
