Некоторые страсти, разгоревшиеся по поводу толкования предыдущей композиции, ни
в какое сравнение не шли с неистовой реакцией на эту небольшую и довольно
причудливую вещицу, вышедшую из-под пера Джона Леннона. "Я совершенно осознанно
творил стихи", - отметил он, свалив вину за строчку о "газетных такси" на своего
номинального соавтора. Тем не менее считалось, что фантазия в стиле "Алисы в
стране чудес", скорее всего, навеянная впечатлениями от рисунка сына Джона -
Джулиана, который тот принес из детсада, вызвана наркотиками. Эта гипотеза
окончательно утвердилась в массовом сознании после того, как один наблюдательный
поклонник счел, что подтверждение ее кроется в аббревиатуре названия песни
(LSD), но это отрицалось Ленноном до самой смерти. Джон сделал в своей жизни так
много признаний, что у него вряд ли были причины обманывать публику, тем более

Some passions that erupted over the interpretation of the previous track, or
in comparison did not go with a violent reaction to this small and pretty
bizarre thing, which appeared from the pen of John Lennon. "I am quite conscious
wrought poems ", - he said, to blame for the line of" newspaper taxis "on his
nominal co-author. Nevertheless, I believe that fantasy in the style of "Alice in
Wonderland ", most likely inspired by the impressions of the figure's son John -
Julian, which he brought from the kindergarten, caused by the drug. This hypothesis

(LSD), but this was denied by Lennon to his death. John did in his life so
many confessions that he hardly had reason to deceive the public, especially
